You know what annoys me about action sequences in Naruto lately…

An anime episode on a movie file that is 22 minutes long… we’ll drop five of them to account for the opening and ending sequences. So that’s 18 minutes.

And during the episode, the characters talk about needing to “finish a fight” in three minutes, or else.

18 minute episode. 3 minute fight. So why is it that at the end of the episode, they’ve still only progressed ONE MINUTE into the fight?
