Not so hot

10:45 PM | nothing
conversations, rants

Presentation went terribly. Skype sucked and dropped connection three times while I was talking. I could also HEAR myself on the other end with a two second delay, which is hugely distracting when you’re trying to maintain self-coherency. And Aida didn’t DO something as predicted at one point, which was just bad. >_>;

Oh well, whatever. It’s over, not graded for it, and the whole thing was Brett’s idea, so I’m just going to let go and live. Woo. :x

[later] HAHAHA… surprisingly, I got this IM from a guy who was also presenting at Best of ICAM who I worked with in Brinson’s Virtual Environments (aka Neverwinter Nights) class. This is what he had to say…

Him: hey, nice presentation tonight :)
Kass:
Kass: ::LOL:: Are you kidding me??
Him: eh it was unconventional
Him: but it worked, for the most part
Kass: Hahahaha.

Him: tracking the chat convos was especially entertaining

Hear that, kids? Best part was all you guys. ;X

Kass, that part about Aida failing?

You wrote: “Aida, what do know about (whatever you put here).”

I didn’t want to say anything during the presentation, but yeah that’s what happened. So don’t freak. ;D
