Something’s wrong with mine… I don’t know if it’s because I was sick-ish so recently or if I’ve just been practicing really bad vocal habits for the past several weeks or what it is… but my voice has just been a little screwed up. Singing voice only… I just don’t have any support for it anymore. :( It makes me really want to buckle down and find a vocal coach and get some hardcore lessons to get back on track… but I don’t have time for that anymore. (thanks to that job. XP )

On another note, I heard all the soloists at the rehearsal for the first time today. A couple of them I had heard before and I’ve never been all that impressed by them. But the bass was totally new to me and he has an absolutely fantastic voice… all warm and steady. And his intonation is ACCURATE for god’s sake… something that’s apparently very hard for soloists to do these days, if the others are any indication. There’s a difference between “artistic license” and BAD INTONATION guys… figure it out.

Oh well. Concert should go well enough, as usual.
